Is it legal to sell used mattresses in Illinois?

It is illegal to sell any used mattress in any of 50 states.

That is the only piece of furniture can not be re-sold. it has to be disposed of.

You will see people offer it free with a bedroom set. Why in the world would you want a used mattress?

Who would buy a used mattress???? Bed bugs...bodily fluids....Yuck!!!!!!!!!! Just the thought creeps me out!

You are correct. Mattresses can be donated to organizations that help the poor but never sold.
