What major reforms did the national assembly introduce during the french revolution?

It made a revolutionary statement called the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen. This document stated that "men are born and remain free and equal in rights." Rights like "liberty, property, security and resistance to oppression." It also guaranteed citizens equal justice, freedom of speech and freedom of religion.
