How can you bleach indigo out of your hair?

Unless you like blue hair, don't EVER bleach over indigo. I did. It was a total disaster. I bleached it like 3 times to lighten the indigo, and it just went vibrant blue.

Trust me. Indigo does NOT bleach out.

I suggest you grow it out. (As long as it sounds it's worth it).
