The T. rex primarily moved on its powerful hind legs, allowing it to run and walk with a bipedal gait. Its large, muscular tail helped maintain balance and stability while moving. Although it could achieve bursts of speed, it was likely not as fast as some smaller theropods, relying more on its strength and size to navigate its environment. Its short, strong arms were not used for locomotion but may have aided in grasping prey.
