What types of water are fish found in?

Opinion on this varies, but generally the wet type is considered best for fish. There is some discussion about how wet the water needs to be, but as a general rule of thumb "The Wetter The Better" (as the water gets drier there is less of the wet that fish have evolved to utilise).
