What is safe paint to use?

I don't know that's why i am asking you but your not answering me so i clicked on this and now i am just typing crap on my keyboard because i don't know what to do instead of this cause i am bored and i am trying to do my science homework but you didn't answer my question so now i don't know what to do so it's all your fault.
