Location of engine air filter of Mercedes 2006 E350?

Ok you should have the 'box' type air filers. The air filters are located in the big black box right on top of the engine you need to remove the box from the engine and turn it up side down. there you will see all the torx screws....just remove/loosen the screws and remove the covers. There are 2 air filters in the box. good luck
