no. there are first aid products that work in a similar manner, but without the toxins that could be in glue...see 'liquid band-aid'. also you risk infection by using a non sterile product. Superglues mostly also contain chemically active and toxic ingredients. for severe wounds, go to the e.r. for treatment and possible antibiotics
