Does LEGO let you buy your LEGO digital designer creations?

I have been looking for an answer to this myself. Sadly it seems that there is currently no way to do so. The best alternate is the LEGO Pick-A-Brick service, but that does not always have all of the parts and sometimes, even when the brick you need is available, you cannot order the correct color. Another alternative is to go to a Lego store. Some (have been to many so I'm not going to say all) have bins that you can look through and pick out bricks from there. And finally, Ebay.
