Battle Royal or the Invisible Man characters?

"Battle Royale" by Koushun Takami features characters such as Shuya Nanahara, Noriko Nakagawa, and Kazuo Kiriyama who are high school students participating in a government-sanctioned fight to the death. "The Invisible Man" by H.G. Wells follows the character Griffin, a scientist who discovers a way to make himself invisible but struggles with the consequences of his newfound power.
