How do you plan your career development?

i stongly believe that the following factors are essential in building a good career. these are:

1. focus. the eagle is a brd with a sharp focus at high altitute.it is able to pounce on its prey with great precision.thus , a good career can be realised when one has a focus. 2. peer group : show me your friend and i will tell you who u are is a popular sxaying which hold sway. thus .in build a good career one should surround himself with good friend who will encourage one and not constitute a nuisance/hinderance. 3. who are you mentoring? once can achieve a good career by having a mentor/role model. 4.hardwork. to build a good career one should be hardworking a proactive. The Bible says he that strive for masteries let him strive lawfully.i.e to build a good career one must be ready to know and go all the way in that field.
