Your sims agents wont go on to the next crrime what do i do?

I cannot be certain if you mean for DS or Wii. But I have successfully completed both.

If you cannot move on in the Wii version, you have not completed the previous case or done something needed.

If you cannot move on in the DS version, you obviously have not finished a set task and you should check what you haven't gotten.
