What is a major cause of many environmental-problems?

Humans are a major cause of many environmental problems because we kill animals by throwing our trash in the waters and land. by that animals can eat the trash and become seriously ill or even killed. We also destroy animals habitats by cutting down wood to make buildings and then animals do not have a home and become homeless.
