Only those who are speciall selected, of the correct breeding, of the proper socio-economic status, who have no criminal conviction history (acquitals and non-adjudications are acceptable), who have been properly vetted by the most severe testing procedures available, and most importantly, critically in fact, only those who currently live in the area of Bavaria, in modern day Germany, between the years 1776 and 1785, when the organization existed.
