How many days do it take 4 you to conceive?

The sperm can reach the egg within 45 minutes and then it has to travel down the falopian tubes which take 2 days, and then it had to implant which takes another 3 days. So all up it takes about 5 and a half days after sperm meeting miss eggy :)
