What is leadership in organization and what are different style of leadership?

Well leadership in my opinion can't be taught to some one you don't have to be born with it but u do have to earn it the best way to to that is to try ur hardest to do ur best and still maintain a polite attitude then people will be able to connect to you easier being humble is key as well as being good at what your "leading" in with out being good and humble u can't do it at least not well but; I'm a afraid idk what you mean as to in "organization" its always in an organization? How else is it? But diffract styles are endless you can be the guy that talks alot w his story's of what he's been through alot of people say lead by example so that means be quite and just do what you should be doing if your good at what the ultimate goal is people will follow that but say your to old to be doing what you wish to pass on to others then you must use ur experiences to your advantage but remember true leadership comes from. Your hart that's why not everyone can be a leader you have to have the ability to love every one with out anything in return
