Why do you get unsupported format error message when trying to play any DVD?

Well you can get this message for a number of reasons. One reason could be that the iris that reads the DVD could be dirty and needs to be cleaned. You can do this easily by buying a cleaning kit. Then there is a rare exeption whitch is that you have a DVD that is formatted diffrently than what your DVD player can read. And the only way to fix this is to buy a new DVD player.
