Is Bernie Madoff a sociopath

There's an actual definition to that Word, from long ago, but nowadays no one knows what that Word means, even though everyone thinks they do.

Any man from Mars watching us use the Word would assume it simply means, "Anyone who does not take my own desires into account, but acts in a way that benefits himself, whether he owed me anything or not."

In that sense, of course he was a sociopath. So is every other person in any kind of position of political or financial power.
