Are madcat quads good quality

I had a madcat 400 and it was useless, the carbs seem to be faulty, The first one was replaced but the second one had the same problem and was also returned, the main dealer maintains there isn't a problem ? the bikes don't work !

Other than that, they look great until you use them, the plastic trim is fragile and easily broke, they look the job but can't do it !
