What is a really good black eyeliner that will stay on your waterline all day?

kohl pencil is a good eyeliner,its waterproof and it doent run.kohl pencils also have a great range of colours and they arent faint.i would recomed this eyeliner as its very good value for money and avalible at most chemists for about £2.50 each.
