Honey?You mean LOVE potion/honey?If so............if you use it,your"tama" will be in love.make it visit another V3 Tama of opposite gender,of course.Make sure their friend ship levl is very HIGH.They will fall in love and get married!!!

EDIT: You don't need to have high friendship if you're using a love potin. They don't even have to be in your friend's list
