If a dog attacks a deer is the dog sick?

It depends on the dog, honestly. My dog, fore example, attacks rabbits because it's part black lab. It's in it's genes to attack wild animals. Other dogs, however, feel the urge for different reasons, if not that one.

For example, it could be territorial.
