Who hates Bella Swan of people?

One person hates Renesmee in The Twilight Saga's fourth book, Breaking Dawn. Irina of the Denali Clan sees Jacob and Bella playing with Renesmee and mistakes her for an immortal child. Immortal children are forbidden by vampire laws and Irina goes to the Voluri to report that there is one with the Cullen Clan.
