What was hittlers intentions before World War 2?

mainly when he was elected he tried to get German people jobs by starting very successful programs and his scientists was researching things such as weapons, medicines, and others those were the good things that brought Germany from being a falling 2nd world country into a 1st world country but even a world power

the worst thing he did before the war was just basically marking Jews no prisoners were taken until about 3 or 4 years before the war (i might be off on that)
