To make a Halloween bum costume, wear a pair of jeans that are old and possibly have some holes in them, an old shirt and old shoes. To finish the costume, get a stick that will not break, put some things (plastic bags, clothes, whatever) in a large handkerchief and tie it on the end of the stick. Hold the stick over your shoulder. You can also wear an old hat.
