When replacing a bumper on a 2005 Toyota Camry how many screws hold it in place and do you need to take the wheel off in order to remove the bumper?

To change the bumper (a mechanical device consisting of bars at either end of a vehicle to absorb shock and prevent serious damage)is about 1 hour but...
