Is it legal to use 5etools for Dungeons and Dragons gameplay?

5etools is a fan-made website that compiles information from Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition rulebooks. While Wizards of the Coast, the company that owns DD, has not officially endorsed or condemned the use of 5etools, it is generally considered legal to use for personal gameplay as long as you own the official rulebooks.
