can someone give me information on how I can get to the Royal Caribbean in a cheap and timely manner?

After trying to look up the Royal Caribbean, all I could find was the cruise ship. Some of the sites that I looked at that offered vacation packages were reasonably cheap. One site had a 7 day cruise listed for about $400 for the entire cruise.
