What can you do if the council are harassing you?

Of course it will depend on whether they are justified or not. If you believe they are unjustified, then contact your local Council Representative - You can find out who he/she is by going to the Council Offices and enquiring. You could also go to Citizens Advice Office - Find out where that is through the internet or the phone book. You could consult your Member of Parliament usually they have consultation opportunities at their local surgery Offices.
