What is the emergency plans for a fire in a group home?

depending on the type of group home, if there are disabled residents or not. usually most of the residents go through a fire drill once a month and know what to do. there should be multiple fire exits. if you have a fire and you have wheelchair bound or slower walking residents some say to place them on a heavy blanket and pull it to the nearest door. i had 5m to get 12 wheelchair bound people out during a fire drill....i made it.
