What is the difference between a floral cooler and a commercial beverage refrigerator?

floral coolers are designed to keep flowers hydrated more than keeping them cool. so they maintain 80 to 90% humidity with very low air movment, where as beverage coolers have very low to almost no humidity with high air flow to cool a full load of beverages.so using a beverage cooler for flowers will freeze them and dry them out. and using a floral cooler for beverages. will cover the internal evaporator with ice and dosen't have the capability to handle the heat load from beverage containers.
