What kind of monetary bonuses can you get as a cop?

Other than overtime pay, unless you work off-duty at a a 2nd job, there are no "monetary bonuses" for police officers. Most (all?) sworn law enforcement personnel serve in assigned paygrades that are mandated by their agencies.
