We can use soap and water, hibitane or 10 % bleach diluted in water to kill bacterias and HIV virus in case of dripping of blood or spots of blood in the floor. To sterilize surgical equipment you do have to use an autoclave equipment and at the same time you use controls inside the autoclave.
