Can you take cocaine a few hours after taking methadone?

All depends on ur past experiences. I know my body and I wouldn't go crazy with the Methadone, but for me sure I could bang a couple of lines and then take a methadone pill. It does a great job of stopping you from jonesing. If you are unexperienced with combining drugs Then I would say NO! But that being said if you really want to give it a shot though I highly recommend that you start off with just a very small amount of 'done say 5 mgs. Methadone can take up to 2 hours to get the full effect. So DO NOT REDOSE after 15 minutes because your not feeling it! That's how you die! The best way to do this would be as soon as you finish the last of you bag of blow take the 5 mgs immediately. If after at least an hour and a half you don't feel anything take another 5 mgs. Remeber slow and steady. Get to know how your body reacts to combinations of drugs. Remember you can always Add another dose to your high but its impossible to take away a dose. most people have there methadone Drinks as carrys and u don't get to see or judge how much out of ur dose ur getting when u sip it so it depends on if ur taking pills or the methadone drink i wasnt aware of the pills . i take 40 mg drinks and iv just taken a sip to feel better partying so hopefully ur advice does work by giving us the ok and go try it thanx alot dude
