What is the difference between a formal and informal interview?

An informal interview is usually just a screening process to see whether or not you are a good candidate that would lead to the formal interview. It still is a very important interview to take consider of. Dress nice, bring copies of your resumes, and speak professionally. The formal interview is when the people hiring you decides whether or not to give you the job offer.
