Sure, he poisoned her tree, but he didn't want to do it, Kronos made him do it, he didn't want to be punished, who would? I mean, it's Kronos!

anyway, that's Luke's POV(If that makes any sense), now for Thalia.

I would say at first, yeah, she would be, but as she came back, like when she found out what Luke did, she would be upset, right? So that would have lost the trust, and she fell out of love, that happens. Also how else would she be able to join The Hunters?

So basically, what I'm saying is, at first, yeah sure, but later on, my answer is: No.
