What is the difference between rejection of plaint and return of the plaint in cpc?

diff b/w rejection of plaint n return of plaint

under order 7 rule 10 of cpc 1908 the plaint shall return by the judge where it is not triable by that court and but return the plain to be presented to the proper court

and order 7 rule 11 of cpc 1908 deals with rejection of plaint,the plait shall be reject on the following grounds

1,where it does not disclouse a cause of action

2,where it is barred by law

3,where it is insufficiently stamped

4,where relief claimed by the claiment is under valued
