What is a tabc license for?

Alcohol Intoxication is a serious thing especially now that most of the youngsters are already drinking even if they are underage. TABC or the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is a government body that is in charge of regulating all aspects of the Texan beverage industry that involve the sales, taxation, production, trade and advertising of Alcoholic Beverages. A TABC license (permit or certification) is a license given to bartenders and owners to uphold the rules set by the TABC. The person taking their license should know what to do in certain situations like people drinking more when they had enough alcohol in their system also to know if the person buying alcohol is a minor or a grown up.
