What does it mean if a guy moves his hand up your leg?

i would say make sue his hand either stays their or gets off your leg!! boys use that as a starter...soon he will try something new...but hey im not you..just trying to help.. If that's what you want then go ahead.. Hes gonna want more or he might start playing danger/nervous I'd beware..
