What does pay as you go mean?

Ok, this is for all girls. If you are in a bad relationship and the boy says, "Pay as you go"; and you think that he is cheating on you, then he is because he is throwing you off like you are a piece of trash that mean he is seeing some one and that he's not into you.

Pay as you go will most likely mean pay to use it, and don't when you aren't using it. For example: You can pay $20-50+ on a cell phone monthly when it is contracted. This is whether you use the minutes, text messages, and internet you are paying for or not. If you buy a prepaid (Pay As You Go) Cell Phone, it is not contracted. You buy minutes, text messages, etc. as you need it.
