What to do when someones else mail comes to your address?

As a mailman for UPS for 11 years I can safely say that there is nothing you can do about it. Just throw it away or keep it. It's unfair, but if you turn it into the post office they will just throw it away or one of the workers may just keep it. Hope this helps.
