Can a security guard fire you?

Does it matter. You should be behaving yourself and doing your job properly and if you are they can't but if you are not doing what you should be doing they probably can't as they are'nt very high up in the ladder for the job you have. Eg. Employee, employer,boss,boss of your boss.
