How many lives did bluestar lose and what were they from?

Thistleclaw took three of hers and bluestar didn't choose to say it to anyone. But how Erin hunter messed up was by giving her 2 extras. I also know she lost 1 by rats, 2 or 3 from greencough, a couple in battle and her 9th( or should I say 11th) in battle with dogs
