Im supposed to get your period in two weeks Im going on vacation and dont want it If i take birth control from now until then will i be okay and is it safe to just stop as soon as vacation is done?

Birth Control pills take about two weeks to fully protect you from pregnancy. If you take them for a month it is very rare that it will change your period. You have to take them everyday for about 3 months( depends on your body) to feel a difference in your cycle (period). It wont cause you any harm if you take them for less than a month and then stop. Best thing to do is wear a tampon, stay active, stretch a lot, drink plenty of water and avoid sodas. Dont forget the Midol okay! have fun on your vacation. P.S.
