Where do you get shoes for Princess Pookie on HorseIsle?

Thorne on Flower Isle makes the shoes, but you will need to give him 2 rubies and 2 leather pieces for him to make them. (you can get the leather pieces from the Hoof Isle general store and rubies from rock shops)
