Is the fuel filter on a 1999 Toyota 4 Runner located under the vehicle or under the hood?

The fuel filter is located under the car you can see the fuel lines that go back from ther gas tank then to filter then up into the engine it is very easy to change just be very carefull to to brake a fuel line. good luck!
