Drivers who are conscious about the environment but do not have hybrid or electric vehicles can still drive green. PZEV cars are environmentally friendly because they leave a small or no carbon footprint at all. In other Words, a car that has a Partial Emissions Zero Vehicle rating does not emit as much waste as other cars.
