Who was Ufologist Henry McKay?

Henry McKay was a ufologist from 1965 until his death on April 15, 2007, at the age of 80. He was the very first Director of MUFON Canada. He was also one of the first modern-day ufologists to specialize in investigating physical traces associated with UFO landing sites and close-range UFO sightings. He gave a briefing at a hearing to the "Royal Commission of Electric Power Planning" in regards to UFO related power disturbances. He was on the board of directors for the "North American UFO Federation", and he was an associate of CUFOS. He also investigated for NICAP.
