Is it normal for teenage girls breast to be different in size?

It's normal for teens as well as adults. All humans have one side of the body that is bigger than the other and just about all women have different sized breasts. It can be one hangs lower or just different in size. Some have biog problems with totally different cupsizes. They can buy 2 Bras different sizes and sow them together to fit.
