Become level 50 first and start doing lots of jobs in 'Boss' until level 60 and that will make you have millions of dollars. With the money, start buying properties and upgrade them as often as you can. I have a level 145 mega casino and every two days i get billions of dollars from it. In my bank i have 692 billion dollars. You also need to spend your skill points wisely.
